Entry & Smart Lock

  1. Use the access code provided in your arrival message.
  2. Wake the keypad, enter your code, then press the checkmark or unlock button.
  3. To lock when leaving, close the door fully and press the lock button.

What if the code does not work?

Check that the door is fully closed, try the code once more slowly, then contact us if it still does not unlock.

Wi-Fi

  1. Connect to the Wi-Fi network listed in your arrival message.
  2. Enter the password exactly as shown.
  3. If one device will not connect, try forgetting the network and reconnecting.

Hot Tub

  1. Keep the cover on when not in use.
  2. Set temperature only within the posted safe range.
  3. Do not add soaps, oils, food, drinks, or snow to the water.

What if it is not hot?

Make sure the cover has been closed for several hours. If the temperature is still not rising, contact us.

Fireplace

  1. Use the wall switch or remote shown in the photo.
  2. Wait up to 30 seconds for ignition.
  3. Turn it off when leaving the room or going to sleep.

TV

  1. Turn on the TV using the main remote.
  2. Select the app or input you want to use.
  3. Please sign out of personal streaming accounts before checkout.

Heat & AC

  1. Use the thermostat on the wall to adjust temperature.
  2. Small changes work best. Give the system time to adjust.
  3. Keep windows and doors closed while heating or cooling.

Parking

  1. Park only in approved garage/driveway areas.
  2. Street parking may be restricted by HOA rules.
  3. Do not block neighboring driveways or shared access areas.

Checkout

  1. Check for personal belongings.
  2. Place used towels in the designated area.
  3. Turn off fireplaces, lights, and appliances.
  4. Close and lock all doors.
